September update from Greg

Hi there,

You haven't heard from me for a while, but here is an update from me. The most important one is that I will be in Austin, at Rails World, if you also attend, come and say hi! If you don't attend, you can watch the opening keynote from DHH on this link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V9SxpJpHuus

As for other updates, I published a blogpost this weekend about how I kinda got cancelled from EuRuKo. I also wrote an article about a much more pleasant topic. I noticed a security issue in the documentation of ruby_llm and wrote an explanation of why it can lead to issues: https://greg.molnar.io/blog/innocent-looking-ruby-can-be-dangerous/

And you might already know, but I am on Omarchy user from the early days and with the recent popularity boost of Omarchy, I decided to start a similar weekly digest email about the Linux distro than This Week in Rails. If you use Omarchy, you might want to subscribe, if you don't, maybe you should give it a try, I love it.

Also, I recently released a new version of spektr, the Brakeman like static code analyzer.

These are the updates for now. Don't forget to say hi at Rails World if you are there and hit reply if you want to share with me what's going on with you!

Thanks,

Greg
